A tracking number will be sent to you when your product is shipped.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Mastercard. We also accept Paypal.

How to place an order on your site?

Ordering on our site is quick and easy.  When you find a product you like, add it to your cart and follow the instructions to checkout.

How to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it and then contact us to arrange a return and refund (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs). Please see our refund policy for more information.

Can you display photos too?

Yes! It can display photos AND videos!

How do you upload content?
Step 1: Plug the the product into your computer using the USB-C cable provided
Step 2: Drag & drop your photos/videos to the designated folder that pops up, ensuring they're in the correct format
Step 3: Disconnect and enjoy the display!

NOTES:

• You can upload up to 1GB of videos or photos (300-595 photos, or up to 2 hours of video)
• You can of course swap out your content endlessly by deleting old ones and adding new ones!

Does it need batteries?
Nope! The frame is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. A USB cord + adapter for charging is included in all orders.
When the frame is fully charged it will have a battery life of 8 hours.
But if you want your frame to stay on 24/7, simply keep it plugged in and enjoy the display!

Does it have sound?
Yes! You have the option to turn on/off the sound from your video by switching the mute button on the back of the frame.
Keep in mind that if your video has sound, the sound will also play on loop when your frame is unmuted.
